Distortion Technique Workshop with David Akesson

We are really excited to be holding this workshop on Distortion technique with David Akesson. This is for both practitioners and singers wishing to learn more about this vocal technique whether it is how to teach it or perform. We will see David teach students of different levels as part of the workshop and you can put yourself forward to be one of them if you wish!

Here is a bit a about David:
..David is a classically trained musical theatre 'nerd' who somehow ended up in metal! He's a voice teacher with a master's degree in musical education from the academy of music in Malmö and has been a voice teacher for 15 years. He is also a touring metal singer and a session musician appearing on over 35 albums, mostly arranging and recording backing vocals and choirs for bands, producers and artists. He's the president of the Swedish voice organisation "Röstforum".
